Student concern over university tuition fee rise

The BBC's Louise Hubball has spoken to students at Paignton Community and Sports College in Devon to gauge their reaction to the government's plans to raise university tuition fees in England.

Under the plans, universities will be able to charge £6,000 with a higher tier of £9,000 - nearly treble existing levels - if they promote access for poorer students.
