Pupils collect GCSE results in Northern Ireland

More than 600,000 teenagers in England, Wales and Northern Ireland are receiving their GCSE results, with head teachers saying changes have caused "a lot of turbulence" in grades.

Some exam boards in Northern Ireland have said they will retain the modular exam system that English boards have chosen to drop.

One student, Colleen, said: "The modular exams were easier because you could track your progress."

The BBC's Maggie Taggart spoke to pupils at St Genevieve's High School in Belfast about their plans for the future.
