Grammar school decision 'undermining other schools'
The government has approved England's first "new" grammar school for five decades - after a grammar school was given permission to build an "annexe" in another town.
The academically-selective school will open in Sevenoaks in Kent.
Education Secretary Nicky Morgan said that this would not "open the floodgates" to other schools.
But the principal of Knole Academy, Mary Boyle, says the decision sets a precedent and undermines other local schools like hers.
