Schools minister Nick Gibb: 'There will be consistency and fairness'
Teachers in England will decide students' grades following disruption to GCSE, A-level and other exams in the pandemic.
Schools minister Nick Gibb told BBC Breakfast that the "best system possible" had been put in place to "ensure that there is consistency and fairness in how teachers submit grades for their students."
