Miliband: Scrapping non-dom status 'will raise money'
Labour leader Ed Miliband insists his plan to abolish non-dom status will raise money, rather than cost money.
In January, shadow chancellor Ed Balls had said it "would end up costing Britain money" because people would leave the country.
But Mr Miliband said: "We've found a way to do this, which independent experts say is actually going to raise money."
