The Monster Raving Loony Party has always been "ahead of our time" with other parties adopting its policies, says leader Howling Laud Hope.

He tells the Daily Politics that he's proud that the party's manifesto is not at all fully costed - and says why he would have to resign if any of his candidates kept their deposit.
