Trump and Carson: From 'pathological' rival to key endorsement

It is normal in politics for rivals to become friends again once the heat of battle is over - but there was nothing normal about the way Donald Trump attacked Dr Ben Carson four months ago.

Even so, the retired neurosurgeon said he and the billionaire businessman had now "buried the hatchet" and he was endorsing Mr Trump for the Republican nomination.
