Writer and producer Russell T Davies speaks to the BBC about the fourth series of Torchwood and his love of Doctor Who.

The new 10-part series of Torchwood imagines a world where suddenly nobody dies. The series will air in the US in early July and be shown later in the summer on BBC One.

Davies no longer produces or writes for Doctor Who but still thinks it's the "finest concentration of talent in the western world."

He spoke to the BBC's Lizo Mzimba.
