Kylie Minogue honoured at Australian Aria Awards
Kylie Minogue and The Wiggles have been inducted into the Aria Awards hall of fame in Sydney, Australia.
The 43-year-old singer accepted the honour from Prime Minister Julia Gillard.
"Tonight's award means so much to me and I just want let all of you know and everyone at home that Australia I love you and I thank you very much," said Minogue.
"Red Wiggle" Murray Cook said the band, who have sold 30 million albums and DVDs, were "just a bunch of four pre-school teachers... playing music for kids".
