What to Expect premiere: Cameron Diaz on the red carpet

Fans have gathered at the British Film Institute's IMAX theatre for the UK premiere of What to Expect When You're Expecting.

Inspired by the best selling book of the same name, the film stars Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Lopez, Elizabeth Banks, Matthew Morrison, Dennis Quaid and Chris Rock among others.

Diaz told the BBC's Lizo Mzimba that the film showed people don't have to have children, but that she would "love" a family of her own "when it's meant to be".
