Sheridan Smith: We needed a film about girls' loos

Actresses Sheridan Smith and Jaime Winstone star in a new film called Powder Room which centres on the ladies' loos in a nightclub.

Directed by MJ Delaney, the film shows a group of young women on a night out in a club.

The central themes are about friendship and self esteem which Smith says gives "real heart and soul" to the film.

Filmed on a budget of just £175,000, the cast and crew have been pleasantly surprised by the attention it has already received.

Jaime and Sheridan both spoke to BBC News about the film and why they wanted to be a part of it.
