BBC Sound of 2014: Ella Eyre takes second place
Singer songwriter Ella Eyre has come second in the BBC Sound of 2014 new music poll, which aims to showcase the rising stars to watch in the year ahead.
The list was compiled using tips from more than 170 music critics, DJs and bloggers.
We are revealing one artist from the top five in reverse order every day until Friday, when the winner will be announced.
The 19-year-old Eyre is already known on the music scene for her collaborations with Rudimental and Wiz Khalifa, and released her EP Deeper at the end of 2013.
BBC News caught up with Ella at London Zoo to talk about music, nominations and lions.
