Brit Awards: 1D's Harry Styles gets lost in the toilets

One Direction's Harry Styles narrowly missed his moment on the Brit podium when the band went to collect the award for the world's biggest British act.

The singer had nipped out to the gents just before the band were announced as the winners.

One Direction had nominations for British single and British group but in the end Indie quartet Arctic Monkeys triumphed to take the best group accolade on Wednesday night.

The evening featured performances by global stars including Beyonce, Katy Perry, Nile Rodgers and Pharrell Williams.
