Sir Neville Marriner, 90, to conduct at the Proms

When Sir Neville Marriner takes to the stage at the Royal Albert Hall in London he will become the oldest conductor ever to lead a Prom.

Ninety-year-old Sir Neville began his musical career as a violinist before founding his own orchestra and then picking up a baton.

Arts Editor Will Gompertz went along to rehearsal to meet one of the most recorded conductors of all time.
