Emmy Awards: Game of Thrones and Veep win big
HBO programmes Games of Thrones and Veep have dominated the 67th Emmy Awards in Los Angeles.
They won in the best drama and comedy series categories respectively, as well as a number of acting, writing and directing prizes.
Jon Hamm won best actor in a drama for his work on the final season of Mad Men.
Viola Davis became the first black woman to win outstanding actress in a drama series for How to Get Away with Murder.
"The only thing that separates women of colour from anyone else is opportunity," she said.
