Jimi Hendrix 'would have been like Jay-Z'
Record producer Eddie Kramer tells BBC 6 Music about the new Jimi Hendrix documentary Electric Church, which looks at his set from the Second Atlanta Pop Festival in 1970.
More than 30 acts played including Mott The Hoople and BB King, with Hendrix playing to the largest crowd of his career - estimated to be around 400,000 people.
Kramer, who worked with the Beatles and Eric Clapton told BBC 6 Music's Matt Everitt about the documentary, his memory of the show, and how Hendrix could have built a global media empire.
