Cyndi Lauper 'so excited' about playing Glastonbury

Singer Cyndi Lauper has said she is "so excited" about playing Glastonbury for the first time.

The singer told 5Live's Sarah Brett and Chris Hawkins she will be missing some of the people she would love to see, like Adele, Madness and Squeeze because they are performing on Saturday and she is on the Sunday.

She added: "I think I gotta get some wellington boots."
