Andrew Lansley: NHS flu response 'excellent'

The Health Secretary Andrew Lansley has said that the NHS was "well prepared and responded excellently" to the seasonal flu outbreak.

Mr Lansley also offered his condolences to the families of those patients who have died from influenza-like illness.
