Alzheimer's Society: Dementia home support an 'absolute travesty'

A report by a leading health charity has concluded that home support given to people with dementia and their carers is an "absolute travesty".

The Alzheimer's Society says the lack of support in England, Wales and Northern Ireland can result in people going into hospital and care homes too early.
