David Cameron: 'NHS changes will help you'

David Cameron has confirmed the government is changing its proposals to overhaul the NHS in England that were recommended by an independent review.

The Prime Minister said he had accepted all the core recommendations made by an independent panel of experts.

He set out five main points in which he said patients would benefit from the reforms.
