Hilary Breakwell talks about her life looking after her 86-year-old mum Kate, who suffers from mixed dementia.

Hilary has been looking after her mother full-time for the last 10 years, funded by her mother's pension and help from charities like the Alzheimer's Society and Age Concern.

An independent review has said funding of social care in England needs a complete overhaul and the amount people must pay should be capped.
