RCN calls on government to ease pressures on NHS staff
Health services in the community are close to breaking point in the UK, the Royal College of Nursing has warned.
Cuts to councils and hospitals are overburdening nurses in the community, at a time when the government is planning to move care away from hospitals and into the community, the union said.
The General Secretary of the Royal College of Nursing, Peter Carter, says the government must act now to ease the pressure on services.
