NHS review: Obama's former adviser's advice

The man leading a review of patient safety in the NHS in England says he wants to turn the anger over the Stafford hospital scandal into action.

Don Berwick, a former health advisor to President Obama, has been encouraged to introduce what David Cameron called a 'zero harm culture' into hospitals.

He's been speaking to the BBC's health correspondent Branwen Jeffreys.
