New care system isn't rocket science, says minister

The government is launching a complete overhaul of the care system for elderly and disabled people in England.

Ten pioneer projects will begin this summer to try to bring together health and social care.

The care minister Norman Lamb said a pilot scheme running in Devon is already working well.
