Man plays guitar during brain surgery to treat Parkinson's

In a medical first, a patient has played the guitar while undergoing brain surgery in the US.

The aim was to help surgeons pinpoint exactly where to place electrodes to treat the effects of his Parkinson's disease, as Janey Mitchell explains.
