Children say being active is 'better than watching TV'

New research has found that half of all seven-year-olds in the UK are not getting enough exercise.

The report, by researchers at University College London, found children in Northern Ireland fared worse of all regions of the UK.

The BBC's Chris Paige spoke to children at a summer scheme in Lisburn to find out if the lure of computer games beats being active.

One girl said: "When I grow up I would love to be in the Olympics but I do not think I would be as good as Jessica".
