Beth Warren: Frozen sperm legal battle

A 28-year-old woman has begun a legal battle to prevent her dead husband's frozen sperm from being destroyed.

Beth Warren's husband died from cancer last year and has been told that his sperm cannot be stored beyond April 2015.

Her lawyer says the regulations defy common sense.
