Is saturated fats advice misguided?

Guidelines urging people to swap saturated fats - found in foods like butter, cheese and fatty meats - to polyunsaturated fats may be misguided, a new report suggests.

Researchers looked at data from 72 studies, with more than 600,000 participants, and found little evidence of a link between saturated fats and a higher risk of heart disease.
