Court of Appeal to consider 'do not resuscitate' case

The case of a terminally ill woman who was not consulted before a "do not resuscitate" notice was placed in her medical records will be heard in the Court of Appeal on Monday.

Janet Tracey died in hospital in Cambridge three years ago and her daughter Kate Masters says the current situation "really has to change" to prevent the same thing happening to other families.
