Pfizer and AstraZeneca drug firm chiefs grilled by MPs

Chief executives have faced MPs over the proposed takeover of UK drug company AstraZeneca by US firm Pfizer.

Unions, politicians and scientists have concerns over what could be the biggest takeover of a UK company.

The boss of Pfizer has defended the firm's track record - though has conceded there would inevitably be some job cuts.
