Medical ethics experts discuss experimental Ebola drug use

A panel of medical ethics experts from the World Health Organisation is meeting in Geneva to discuss the possible use of experimental drugs to treat the Ebola virus.

No vaccine or cure has been developed to date - and the disease continues to spread throughout West Africa.

The latest figures put the death toll at nearly 1,000 people.
