Porton Down at front line of UK's Ebola prevention efforts

The BBC has been given exclusive access to the Porton Down research centre in Wiltshire where scientists are carrying out tests on the Ebola virus.

Researchers there are working on detecting and minimising the risk of the virus appearing in the UK.

Meanwhile, the World Health Organisation said the number of people killed by Ebola in West Africa had now risen to 1,069.

Hugh Pym reports.
