E-cigs could save 'thousands' each year
Thousands of lives could be saved every year if smokers in the UK switched to e-cigarettes, according to experts.
Researchers at University College London have warned that policies should not be influenced by what they describe as "alarmist misinterpretations" of the evidence.
Last week the World Health Organisation called for the devices to be banned indoors because of concerns over their safety.
