Cosmetic surgery 'should be regulated' say Royal College of Surgeons

Surgeons should not be able to carry out surgery beyond their specialisms, according to the Royal College of Surgeons.

At the moment the rules do not prevent them from doing so.

The recommendation comes after the PIP breast implant scandal, when women were given products unfit for medical use.
