Sam Barton: 'Britain's vainest man' spends £50,000 on cosmetic surgery

A West Midlands 22-year-old has described himself as "Britain's vainest man".

Sam Barton's £50,000 cosmetic surgery has been paid for partly by himself and partly by the NHS.
