Exercise 'not key to obesity fight', say scientists

Exercise does little to tackle obesity, according to a group of doctors and sports scientists.

Writing in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, three international experts say it is time to ''bust the myth'' that people can eat what they want as long as they are active.

They accuse the food industry of misleading the public, and sabotaging public health campaigns.
