Care worker: 'I'm low paid but I make a difference'

Heather Pugh is a care worker who supports people in their own homes.

One of the people she visits is 94-year-old Betty Turner. The help she gets with things like her meals and medicine allows her to remain in the flat that she loves.

Heather loves her job, but thinks care workers need to be treated better.
