Speed of meningitis is 'the most frightening part'
Daniel Wells, who has contracted Meningitis twice, says the speed with which the disease affects you is the "most frightening part".
He explained how the second time he fell ill, he was fine in the morning, but by the afternoon "the onslaught of the disease had set in".
His mother Jane Wells, who is a meningitis campaigner, has lost three children to the disease.
Mr Wells says it is "a big relief" that his daughter Daisy will be immunised.
