Warning over dangerous online teeth bleaching kits

Councils in England and Wales are calling for tougher penalties for "rogue" beauticians who offer teeth whitening using dangerous kits.

The Local Government Association say some products available online contain more than 300 times the legal limit of hydrogen peroxide.
