'We had to watch Mum deteriorate in hospital'

Eighty-nine-year-old Iris Sibley was trapped on a hospital ward for six months because of a failure to find suitable social care. Mrs Sibley has dementia and requires 24/7 nursing care.

Her son John describes on the Today programme the "horrendous" situation faced by his family.
