BBC Pop Up: Pittsburgh shares its stories with the world

The BBC Pop Up team has arrived in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for the third stop of a six-month journey around the United States.

The aim of the BBC's first mobile bureau is to explore under-reported parts of the country and crowdsource story ideas from the Americans who live there.

The team held a community meeting at Carnegie Mellon University and asked people in Pittsburgh what local stories they want to share with a global audience.

Produced by Matt Danzico, Benjamin Zand and Colm O'Molloy

You can watch all of the BBC Pop Up stories from Baton Rouge and Boulder. Visit the behind-the-scenes blog, external to tell the team what stories they should report on in Pittsburgh.
