Teaching self-defence to Muslim women

Amid a rise in the number of attacks or harassment of Muslims on the rise across the US, many Muslim Americans have been concerned about the increasing violent rhetoric expressed towards them.

One woman chose to prepare herself by teaching others the art of self-defence.

"It's a very powerful feeling if something were to go wrong, you would be able to respond," Rana Abdelhamid says.
