Cape Town running out of water is 'nothing new' for some people

Cape Town might run out of water on 12 April due to a severe drought.

People are being told to limit their use of water, but one South African writer has pointed out on Twitter this is not an unusual experience for many residents.

Khaya Dlanga recalls having to use one cup of water to brush his teeth and wash his face and armpits.
