COP21: Paris attacks 'will help climate talks'
The Paris attacks will increase the likelihood of reaching a deal at climate talks in the city, according to one of the UK's most senior environmental advisers.
Prof Tom Burke, chairman of environmental think tank E3G, said political leaders will have been fully briefed about the links between climate change, refugees and terrorism - and that was more likely to lead to an agreement between major nations.
