UK rural broadband project frustrations and pitfalls

The National Audit Office has found that the UK government programme to bring fast broadband to rural areas is nearly two years behind schedule, so it may be 2017 before we can bridge the digital divide between countryside and city.

Newsnight's Susan Watts reports on the frustrations for those living in broadband blackspots, and hears from others who believe the entire project is blighted by a lack of vision.
