New Nook tablet e-reader launched in New York

Samsung and Barnes and Noble have teamed up to launch a new e-reader on a tablet device.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 Nook, is the first co-branded product the companies have offered their customers.

The makers of the new Nook hope the venture will help them compete with Amazon's all-conquering Kindle.
