New 'snappier' Raspberry Pi released

A new budget-priced Raspberry Pi computer has been unveiled, offering young coders and others a faster processor and more memory than before, but at about the same price.

The Raspberry Pi 2 Model B is roughly six times more powerful than the previous version, the Model B+, according to the British charity behind it.

Creator Eben Upton told the BBC the mini-computer is on the cusp of becoming the biggest-selling British computer ever produced.
