Liam Fox announces review to produce a 'leaner' MoD

Defence Secretary Liam Fox has said there will be a full review of the Ministry of Defence, with a view to changing both the structure and culture of the organisation.

Speaking in London, Dr Fox said that aim was to produce a "leaner, less centralised organisation" with "greater transparency".
