'Devastating' potential of suspect device

Police in Dubai have given more details about a package bound for the US, which prompted a major security alert on Friday.

They say it contained explosives connected to a mobile phone SIM card, hidden in a computer printer. The parcel was one of two found en route to the US from Yemen.

Terror expert Dr Sally Lievesley said if viable, the device would have caused ''devastation''.
