Movember moustache bites the dust

Wondering why the moustache has become so popular all of a sudden? For the month of November, or "Movember" as it has been renamed, men have been growing them to raise awareness and money for prostate cancer charities.

Among them is the BBC's Patrick Heery, who for the last month has written about the highs and socially awkward lows in his blog.

Finally the day came when the 'tache had to go and a BBC camera was there to capture the moment.
